Your IBAN may be issued in a different country from your residence. Not all bank accounts have an IBAN; local account numbers without an IBAN are not supported.

Campaign availability
Ad delivery requires approval, available advertising credit and eligible Macs. Creating an account or a campaign does not guarantee immediate delivery in a particular country.
