Advertising prices and measurement

AdSurface is an advertising service for the Mac menu bar. Advertisers pay for complete, eligible display minutes. People who choose to show ads receive a share of that revenue.

Example: 1,000 valid minutes cost the advertiser €6 and generate €4.20 in base participant earnings. The remaining €1.80 is the platform share before costs and referral commissions. This is an arithmetic example, not a daily income forecast.

What makes a minute valid?

A minute consists of 60 uninterrupted seconds that pass placement, visibility and session checks. Paused, interrupted, locked or uncertain states do not qualify. An available, approved campaign with sufficient advertising credit is required.

What the measurement does not prove

A valid minute is not evidence of human attention, a unique person, a purchase or a conversion. Clicks are optional and do not increase participant rewards. Campaign results depend on availability and actual delivery.

217 validated one-minute exposures recorded across the network. Test and rejected exposures are excluded.
